Thank people for their time and ensure that you reply to their questions, but keep this short; respect their time and know that they too are busy. Get to the point with clear, concise copy and avoid leaving questions unanswered. Follow-up on promises you may have made in your message; for example, if you promised a free white paper or eBook, deliver on that promise.
