Competitor Analysis : A comparison of the success of personal PR against competitors. There are many ways to measure this, including sales, exposure, and traffic. Competitor Analysis can also mean analyzing the competition in your market or another market you would like to enter. This can include analyzing economies of scale, barriers to entry, as well as any competitive advantages you may have or lack.
